About me

Tracey Lattimore freelance health journalist

I'm an established health and parenting journalist, having written for a variety of national newspapers and consumer magazines since 1995. Before going freelance in 2004, I was editor of Women's Health magazine, and launched a number of newsstand titles.

I specialise in health, wellbeing, parenting, nutrition and fitness, and aim to create sparkling copy, always to deadline. Commissions include features for Marie Claire, Zest, Health & Fitness, Prima Baby and Healthy, as well as The Mirror, The Sun and The Times.

also work extensively with contract publishers, for whom I launch new magazines, write features and liaise with clients, as well as helping to lead pitches and win new business.
